Tasks for the day included electrical works and aircon installation.
Frankie's style was to do up all ceiling works prior to wet works. Hence, the first step was the electricals and aircon. The former will take 2 days to complete.
For the aircon which we purchased a week ago, as there wasn't any stock available as yet, the trunking works was done first. When we went to view the flat at night, we discovered that the trunking for the master bedroom needed some improvement. It was too close to the rear window and consequently, we were not able to shut the window totally. This was an obvious workmanship issue and we immediately called the sales person who helped us in coordinating the job. He acknowledged that and will revert to us on the schedule of the installer for the rework. We were rather anxious as wet works hinges on the successful completion of most ceiling works.
