It's been 3 weeks plus since we first spoke to our block's Technical Officer about the defects. To-date, there are still outstanding items, with status unknown for some:
- Shower knob for Master Toilet/Washroom
- Door of bedroom 3 was taken out and not put back in its original position
- Keys for Master Bedroom
- Toilet seat for Common Toilet/Washroom
We didn't hear anything about update about the defects until I called the Technical Officer today. He then mentioned that the keys will be available at the branch office for collection. Urgh, need to chase and follow-up. After arranging the cement screeding, it seems that he forgot about the outstanding items?!
On top of that, wet works is scheduled for next week and some of the defects will have impact on it or the commencement of it. Only this week left to rectify everything! We are frustrated and really cannot understand why he is taking so long to rectify them :( もし、このままつずけたら、本当に怒ってになるよ。 Luckily, he had arranged the cement screeding already. If not, it will delay the renovation process further.
Hopefully, all outstanding items will be rectified this week!
