May 31 - Purchases @ PC Show

Look at what we got from the PC show! A good time to get them before the GST goes up to 7%.

We managed to get the 2 intended LCD TVs at slightly lower prices. As usual, the PC show was littered with many people awaiting to get bargains. We are also participating in the hustle bustle this time. What greeted us when we first went in was this giant Samsung booth "screaming" out for consumers' attention with so many TVs on display, wow! We didn't venture immediately there, but proceeded to check out other brands.

After about 2+ hours shopping, we decided on Samsung and Panasonic! The former is for the study / entertainment room, while the latter is for the living room.

Dearie is eagerly looking forward to the delivery, hehe ;p

May 30 - Laminates! Carpentry - in progress....

Eve of Vesak Day.

We intended to get a glimpse of the laminate flooring for the bedrooms. When we reached our home after a day's work, realized that the carpentry guys were still hard @ work. This is exciting, because we did not expect that carpentry works commencing already. Though it's still in progress, it's fun to watch it all taking shape gradually ;p
